At KISS, we believe in building synergies with people from diverse fields and backgrounds to nurture ideas, learning, and cultural exchange. Recognising the importance of sharing knowledge and ideas on an international platform, KISS launched the International Internship and Volunteering Programme (IIVP) in 2013. Since then, more than 500 interns and volunteers from around the world have been part of this initiative, creating meaningful cross-cultural bonds while contributing to the holistic development of tribal students in Odisha.
The IIVP offers students and young professionals from India and abroad the opportunity to engage in meaningful cross-cultural learning and community development.
