Global Exchange Programmes

Transformative programmes that build bridges between cultures and foster global understanding

India Trek Programme

The India Trek is a one-of-a-kind, fully funded experience for international students and alumni from top public and private universities around the world. It is 100% subsidized by KIIT University and hosted by the KISS Foundation in Bhubaneswar (Odisha), making it an unparalleled opportunity to engage with India's development landscape.
The India Trek is thoughtfully designed to offer multiple perspectives from the corridors of power in New Delhi and historical monuments of eternal love in Agra to the grassroots innovation hub of Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Each location brings unique insights, making the experience both intellectually rich and emotionally resonant.
In its first year, the India Trek welcomed nearly 200 students from prestigious universities such as Harvard, MIT, Oxford, Virginia Tech, and more. This immersive program offers a unique blend of academic exchange, cultural insight and community engagement, allowing participants to experience India's diversity while witnessing the transformative models of KIIT and KISS in action.
Aligned with India's National Education Policy 2020, the India Trek promotes internationalization and holistic learning. It is more than just an educational journey; it's a bridge between cultures, a catalyst for change and a celebration of global collaboration.
