For tribal youth, skill-based education opens pathways to self-reliance and prosperity. By embedding vocational education into the curriculum from the primary stage through to master’s programs, we ensure that learning stays relevant and meaningful at every step.

Traditional crafts: Terracotta, wood carving, golden grass work, coir work, papier-mâché, applique, embroidery, and painting.
Modern trades: Apparel making, knitting, chemicals, mineral water production, food processing.
Soft skills: Entrepreneurial training, IBM training, Mahindra Pride Program, and more.
One of the most remarkable aspects of the Vocational Unit is the ‘Earn while you Learn’ model. Students not only gain skills but also earn incentives for the products they create during training.
Keeping pace with industry needs, KISS-DU has introduced a Bachelor of Vocation (B.Voc) program with specialized courses in Renewable Energy and Natural Farming.
